Why i do what i do
As a child, I was a natural listener. My friends would confide in me about their worries and
dreams, and I found great joy in offering support. One rainy afternoon, I sat with my
husband, who has encouraged me to follow my dreams since then i have worked tirelessly
at supporting and guiding my clients to feel happier.
I was offered the trainee therapist position with balance of the mind and felt like id achieved
something so special and when i passed my Advanced level Counselling diploma i realized
how powerful that moment was and have worked hard every day since.
When I became a therapist, I committed myself to creating safe spaces for others, guided by
the belief that everyone deserves to be heard. Every session is an opportunity for
connection; I see my role as a bridge, helping individuals cross from a place of pain to one
of healing.
My purpose is not only to provide tools for coping but also to be a
compassionate witness to my clients’ journeys.

You are safe.
You are heard.
You are enough.
