Terms and Conditions for Revitalise Counselling 01/01/2026 Welcome to Revitalise Counselling.
By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully. Acceptance of Terms By engaging in therapy services with Revitalise Counselling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services Provided Revitalise Counselling offers professional therapy services, including individual and group counseling.
Our therapists are qualified and licensed professionals dedicated to providing support and guidance.
Client Responsibilities Honesty and Openness Clients are expected to be honest and open during sessions to facilitate effective therapeutic intervention. Attendance Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours' notice Payment Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the therapist.
Confidentiality All sessions are confidential, and we are committed to protecting your privacy.
However, confidentiality may be breached if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. Please see our Confidentiality Policy for more details.
Informed Consent Clients will receive information regarding the nature and purpose of therapy, potential risks, and benefits before beginning treatment.
Your consent is required to proceed with therapy. Limits of Service Therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or emergency services. If you are experiencing a crisis or need immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or go to your nearest hospital.
Termination of Services Revitalise Counselling reserves the right to terminate therapy services if clients fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions, miss multiple sessions without notice, or engage in harmful behavior. Liability Revitalise Counselling and its therapists are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to hold Revitalise Counselling harmless from any claims related to therapy services.
Changes to Terms Revitalise Counselling reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
