Service Description

My one-to-one under 18s therapy sessions provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where young people can explore their emotions, build confidence and develop healthy coping strategies in a calm and non-judgemental environment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may still be charged. All sessions are confidential and designed to provide a safe, supportive and respectful therapeutic space for every client.
