Service Description
My 12-week therapy course for under 18s provides personalised emotional support in a safe, calm and confidential environment. The course is designed to help young people build confidence, improve emotional wellbeing and develop healthy coping strategies at their own pace while feeling supported, heard and understood throughout their journey.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may still be charged. All sessions are confidential and designed to provide a safe, supportive and respectful therapeutic space for every client.
